We undertake to comply with all current legislation on distance selling and electronic commerce, namely Decree-Laws 143/2001 and 07/2004 (Portuguese law) as well as other legal provisions that apply to this type of commerce.

All of our content is protected by law. Any unauthorized copy, in whole or in part, will be subject to severe legal sanctions.
Returns
You can return all items you've purchased within 90 days for whatever reason. We replace the product or make a full refund of the amount paid, except for products on sale or special campaigns. In these cases, the legislation in force applies, 30 days to exchange and/or return the amount paid.
Confidentiality
Since confidentiality is one of our priorities, we undertake to keep all our customers' data confidential, and not to provide them to third parties, nor to disclose them by any other means. In addition, all our items are packaged discreetly, without reference to the content or its origin. The sender will be on behalf of OMC, thus guaranteeing total discretion.
Prices
Mister Cock reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice, however, if this change affects your order we will contact you by email.
Offers
All orders may contain (in addition to the products purchased) some offers limited to existing stock. It may also contain advertising material.
Shipments
All orders are sent by the carriers DPD, DHL Expresso or CTT Expresso with the indication of delivery on the next business day for mainland Portugal.
Deliveries can be delayed, albeit rarely. These delays are the responsibility of the carriers, but we will always be available to collaborate in resolving these situations, trying to minimize the inconvenience caused.
When the order is completed by 3 pm, it is sent on the same day to be delivered the next day, in the case of working days.
It is possible that the shipment is made to a CTT office. To do so, you must select CTT Expresso and select the point where you want the delivery.
Any of the carriers have Pickup Points available for the collection of orders other than the customer's address. At the end of the order, just select this option and choose the place where you want to make the respective withdrawal, for the price of €3.99.
Shipments to the islands of Madeira and the Azores are made via CTT and can take up to 7 working days to be delivered, for the same price as for mainland Portugal. They can be sent via DHL, for the price of €29.99 and it takes up to 3 business days.
Orders over €50 can be shipped free of charge. You must select one of the "Free" options when finalizing the order. Below that value, shipping costs range from €3.99 to €29.99.
To collect the order without shipping costs, you can also choose the option to pick up at the warehouse. Withdrawals must be carried out on working days from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at Rua João das Regras, 176 - Porto.
If the address is outside Portugal, shipping prices differ from country to country. It is best to proceed to checkout and enter the shipping address to find out the respective price, before finalizing the order.
For the rest of Europe, shipments may take 3 to 5 days.
You can also request delivery via courier, for same-day delivery. This type of shipment is only available for deliveries in the municipality of Porto. Delivery is made by a courier from one of the companies available on the market (no mention of the store). The courier picks up the order at a clothing store to ensure maximum secrecy. A delivery schedule must be made, so the customer must contact our store, between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, to the following numbers: +351910695839 or +351223192134 (portuguese phones). This service costs €11.99 and you always have to pay for the order before receiving it using one of the available payment methods.

Stockouts
All items available at www.welcomelover.com are in stock. If there is a flaw in the ordered item, we will send you an email indicating the new expected delivery time, or we may suggest changing it to another similar item or refunding the amount paid.
Order cancellation
1. The Customer may whenever he wants to cancel his order before it is shipped.
2. All orders that are not paid within 5 working days will be automatically canceled by our system.

By placing an order at Mister Cock, you are declaring that you are of legal age to purchase the products. If we discover that you are under the age limit or are not legally authorized to order certain products, we will not be obliged to complete the order.
Contract Acceptance
All requests made by you are subject to the right of admission, that is, we can choose not to accept your request.
Situations beyond our control
We are not responsible for any failure, or delay in fulfilling any of our obligations, if this failure is caused by a situation beyond our control and compromised by a third party.
