Legislation

We are committed to comply with all existing legislation on distance selling and e-commerce, namely Decree-law 143/2001 and 07/2004, as well as other legal provisions that apply to this type of trade.

Copyright

All of our content is protected by law. Any copying in full or in part, not authorized, will be subject to legal sanctions to be severe.

Returns

You can return all items bought within 30 days, whatever the reason. We replace the product or make a full refund of the amount paid, except for products under promotion or special campaigns. In these cases, applies the legislation in force, 30 days to exchange and/or return the amount paid.

Confidentiality

Being confidentiality one of our top priorities, we commit to keep confidential all personal data of our customers, and not provide them to third parties, nor disclose them by any other means. In addition, all our articles are packed in a discreet way, without references to the content nor to its source. The sender will be in the name of OMC, thus ensuring the total discretion.

Privacy policy

All the data provided by the client will not be in any case provided to third parties. These serve only for the correct processing of orders and, with your prior consent, for the sending of our newsletters. In terms of the act 67/68, October 26, the client has the right to access your personal data and to require, at any time, the amendment, correction or deletion.

Prices

Kardo reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice, however, if this change will affect your order we will get in contact with you by e-mail. Please note that the prices and promotions of the online shop may be different from the physical store.

All of our promotions are limited to existing stock.

Delivery times

For orders placed and payment confirmed until 15:00 one working day, orders are dispatched on the same day with next working day delivery to mainland Portugal and on the second business day to the autonomous regions of the Azores and Madeira. If there are any delays on the part of the carriers, the'kardo not be held responsible, since it escapes our control. But we will do everything so that this does not happen.

If the order is of a value equal to or less than 20€, and so the client get the postage for free, it is sent by normal mail up to £ 10 and from 10 to 20€ it is sent by mail blue. In these cases it may it may take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. In these cases, if the client wishes to receive on the following working day, you will have to pay an extra fee of 5€.

Shipping

All shipments can be free.

- Orders up to€ 10 are sent by regular mail, free of charge. In these situations the deliveries take between 3 to 6 working days. If the client wishes to receive the parcel more safely and quickly you must pay a fee of 3.95€;

- Orders of value more than 10€ shipments are made by mail blue, free of charge, arriving the next working day in Mainland Portugal. If the client wishes to receive the parcel more safely and quickly you must pay a fee of 3.95€;

- Top 20€ are shipped by CTT Expresso, free of charge, arriving the next day, in Continental Portugal;

- For shipping charge is charged to the value of€ 5. In this type of shipping/payment, and in situations where a delivery is not complained of absence of the recipient in your household, refusal, etc.),  OMC reserves the right to resubmit only after the order be paid in full, by other means of payment available to you, plus a fee of 5€.

- "Posta Restante": are You going to stay temporarily without access to your domicile? Whether it is for motives of works, absence at work, or if you do not have a fixed place of residence, receive your order in the Store room the closest to it, with the service Posta Restante. For correspondence to be forwarded to the Store of the CTT, in the zone of the recipient shall appear in the designation "Posta Restante **********", in the following order:

Address Shop CTT;

Postal code Store the CTT.

The recipient of mail addressed to Put the Rest, to receive it, and have to identify.

The term conservation of mail addressed to the Set Remaining is the last day of the month following its receipt, after which it will be sent to Scrap Postcards.

The price applied to the service  is to be paid by the recipient in the act of picking up the mail at the Store CTT (0,65€ + VAT).

Ruturas Stock

All articles made available in www.kardo.pt they are in stock. If there is any fault in the product ordered, we will send you an e-mail message that indicates the new expected delivery date, or suggest to eventually change to another similar article or the refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation of Orders

1. The Customer may always be that you want to cancel your order before it is shipped.

2. All orders that are not paid within 5 days will be automatically cancelled by our system.

Acceptance of contract

All requests made by the client are subject to the right of admission, that is, we can choose not to accept the request.

Situations out of our control

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if such failure is caused by a situation beyond our control and is compromised by a third party.

When doing the registration on our website is done automatically with the subscription of the newsletter and subscription to news of the'kardo. To not activate this feature simply to avoid the visa on their icons, or cancel via e-mail to [email protected]
